Thyroid care precautions

In our body mainly thyroid gland is very important situated in the throat. Thyroid comes in depending on working variations of the thyroid gland. These are two types. In that hypothyroidism is one. Now a day’s falling this over increasing. If we want to control it we should care to take some precautions including with doctor suggested medicines.


Exhaustion, fatigue, unable to bear the coolness, mentally disturbed, hyper somnolence, laziness, hair falling, skin drying, muscles pains, failure of concentration these are all symptoms of hypothyroidism.

This is an autoimmune problem, deficiency of iodine, pressure, some reasons in way of life. If we want to control this problem should reduce harmful substances to the thyroid gland.

We should be reduced eating of cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, radish, soybeans, and strawberries. There will be benefits if we follow some yoga poses those are bhujangasana, bridge, dhanurasana, matsyasana, and simhasanam. Follow some other tips:

Moringa works like a medicine to the hypothyroidism problems. We have to eat daily moringa dal or pickle. If you take a daily handful of moringa in a glass of water as a kashayam make it heat working way of thyroid will be improved.

Fried little bit of dry-ginger horns, after cooling has to make it crushed. When eating meals add half spoon of dry-ginger powder and ghee to the taking of first meals lump and or make kashayam (make heat) with dry-ginger powder. We can take daily in the quantity of 30m.l.

The taking of vitamin B-12 helps you better result for hypothyroidism. Eat vitamin B supplying foods it can help thyroid diseases. Peas, milk, eggs, cheese etc. These containing vitamin-B.
